Whatr country are you in as that will define warranty claim procedure.

In the UK your first port should be the retailer you purchased from, But as I have contact within Penatx and Johnson Photopia I tend to contact them direct.

Maybe log onto the Pentax web site for your area go to the 'service' part and raise a query with them.

I am in the U.S.

I've been to Ricoh Imaging Support but there is no category for the Flucard. Also, where is the serial number for this product?

Hello all,

Almost a month later and still no answer for Pentax/Ricoh? Did I just lose my money on a non-working toy? Grrr

Thanks Larry, I shall try calling that number tomorrow.

Maybe the next Ricoh/Pentax camera will finally have built-in WiFi (and GPS - damn it!).
