Not if you want to focus to infinity, for sure. You'd need to get the lens about 1mm closer to the sensor than a Pentax lens.
If you want to use minolta A mount lenses on a modern DSLR body, Sony would be your best bet since they use the same mount - the lens would probably be fully compatible.
If you look at the wikipedia link I posted, if a mount is below the Pentax K mount, it can theoretically be adapted, if it's not, it can't, except for close focus/macro/etc.
But you could always put it on a shiny new Pentax Q
