WiFi for K-3

Last week During my visit to Tokyo - I moved from my 3 years "old" K-5 to K-3. Did a trade-in in Map Camera Tokyo where I also bought FlashAir (Toshiba wireless LAN 8GB) card (Pentax card was out of stock).The lady at the counter checked for compatibility and approved it will work.
As understood (

) the camera will not recognize the card as a wireless card in slot 2 . I've enabled slots 1&2 unlock and locked the card with no success.
any thoughts ?

The native functionality only applies to the Pentax O-FC1 FLUCard. You should still be able to access files wirelessly as per the manual of your Toshiba card, however.

I have a FlashAir card that I use in various cameras. It's self contained, in that the wireless is not controlled by the camera. You need a suitable phone or tablet that you download an app to that will communicate directly with the card, allowing downloads from the card to the device. From memory the card supports around 5 simultaneously linked devices.

Thanks. I see the network in my smartphone - any suggested software to access the card via my smartphone ?
