That doesn't look right. You have high ISO NR off? Or low shutter speed NR off?
Exif has been stripped, but from all appearances the photo was taken at moderately high ISO with the lens wide open. Description is that this is an in-camera JPEG with no PP, though its dimensions are 3609x2400px rather than 6016x4000px. The image has been resized and is not straight from camera (3609x2400 is not an available resolution setting for the K-3). It unclear what the quality settings were, though at only 386 KByte, I would suspect that a lower than "high" setting was used. Focus is on the fabric leaf at right of the bouquet and DOF is only an inch or so.

Diagnosis? Missed focus compounded by some noise. There is also a fair amount of veiling flare resulting in poor contrast overall and halo.

The best way to present a full resolution example is to make a full resolution crop. What that means is that you sample a portion of the image rather than post the entire thing.

A full resolution crop would not be needed for the photo you posted. It is clear that DOF is limited and that only a narrow slice of the subject is in focus. That being said, your results are not typical for the FA 31 or for the K-3.
