How to save our favourite menu settings?

Finally I get to the settings I like the most with K-3 .
There was a lot of play and check .
Is there any way to save the settings other than 'User mode'?
Is there only a papernote book and a pencil to memorize the settings?
Is there a simple way (other than HDMI signal hacking) to dump the menu screens?

The user modes are what you should use to save settings. Yes and no to the other two questions
