Shooting with manual lens?

I have a newly purchased Pentax k-3, SMC PENTAX-A 645 1:3.5 150mm lens, and a Pentax Adapter K for 645 Lens

I had bookmarked the following site to help me set up things for the manual lens, but the settings are different on my camera: Shooting manual lenses on Pentax DSLRs « robertsdonovan.com

Can someone help me with the proper steps? Thanks!
