Got my K-3II last night
Just did some testing using the flower display for the Portland Rose Festival in front of the highrise I work at. The camera is set to RAW+, JPEG is set to Bright with Highlight & Shadow corrections turned off.
I realize these are not great pictures, really just quick test shots, better will come later.
First one is JPEG, second one is
handheld Pixel Shift JPEG. Yes, a tripod would've been better, didn't really want to carry one to work. Just braced up on one knee, about a .3 - .5 sec. shutter time - not too bad, should be shorter with more light (cloudy this morning). So it does leaves open the possibility of not always needing a tripod for pixel shift.
I'm sure the extra stop of SR helps too.
