Iso 5,000?

I can set the ISO to 5,000 on my K5iis but on the K3 it jumps from ISO 3,200 to 6,400. Is there a way to set the K3 at 5,000? I found setting the maximum ISO at 5,000 is the limit for noise before they get to grainy

Thanks

Randy

Do you have EV Steps set to 1/2 or 1?
Look for one of the C menu items for EV Steps (I forget the exact number),
but set to 1/3 and I suspect that will fix it.

Under the custom menu #2 set sensitive steps to "As EV Steps" setting #2. Set Custom Setting #1 to 1/3 EV Steps setting 1. You will go from 3200 to 4000 then 5000 then 6400. But custom setting #2 must be set to 2.

Thanks from Germany too, Michael and amoringello!

Just came across this thread and had been wondering the same thing. Changing the settings was a piece of cake. Now I don't have to dig into the menus or search the manual.
