If you're never going to use flash, then the K3II would make a great camera for wildlife. Unfortunately it's a roll of the dice as to whether or not it'll have the shutter lag with PTTL (https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/172-pentax-k-3/296958-pentax-k3ii-has-shu...ml#post3276719). And remember that high-speed sync only works with PTTL so Manual or Auto flash settings aren't a workaround.

Not sure if it impresses technically at all but here's a shot I got this evening of a Rakali* that popped up right next to me. I was daydreaming with my feet dangling at the edge of a lily pond and something weird happened under my feet. Anyhow, I'm loving the extra capability of the K3ii.
