Just started using flash at the end of the summer - technique leaves a lot to be desired but am really looking forward to 24MP pics to crop!

Since you have extra pixels, you can crop slightly more than you were used to. I like the way I can now compose with a little extra space on the long ends and then chop it down to 8x10 size later. And you still have to notice good pictures before you take them. I almost walked past these trees but stopped three times before deciding to snap a couple, why not it is only digital. I think it was on a tripod at 16mm and 1/30th sec. I typically use Av mode to set my own aperture but that will depend on what the conditions are. So, settings make it very doable by anyone.

The signature is also the same day using the HDR1 function, tripod, and 70-200 zoom. Enjoy!
