Camera Lockup. Big Deal??

Ok guys, I would like your honest opinion here. My new K3-2 froze on me once in about 100 shots. It seemed like it was the SD card that may have caused it, seeing how scrolling through images on my computer froze my viewer using the same card. I had this happen twice with my K5 the whole time I owned it. I have since shot high drive, single shot, and couple second long exposures with no issues. The lockup did require a battery pull. No images were lost. I guess my question is is it worth returning if absolutely everything else is perfect with this copy? How many other people have experienced this? I'm thinking SD cards, firmware bugs, and even Gamma Rays could be the culprit! Thoughts? Going to buy new high speed cards this weekend. These cards are both 5 years old, and class (6).

No, but I plan to do that this weekend. Just haven't had the time.

Then why 2 threads asking if you should return the camera when everyone in the first thread all pointed you to new cards? Am I missing something else?
