If you're going for a Pentax body, the current choices with articulating screens are the K-1 (full frame), K-70 or the outgoing K-S2 (which the K-70 effectively replaces). So, for your purposes you can go for a K-3 / K-3II and get the higher end build quality, or go with the K-70 / K-S2 and get the articulating screen, but with a more consumer-level build.

Yes, it has just been released. There have been plenty of press announcements for it, and we have a few early owners here on the forums. Initial indications are that it has good high ISO performance.
If I were you, I'd wait for the full K-70 reviews from various sources then make your decision. Personally, I'd choose the K-3 or K-3II and live without the articulating screen, but that's just me.
