7 inch Lilliput monitor

Anyone have experience with this on a K3? Will it work and how does it work. I originally bought it for my K5 but never used it. Now I am thinking of using it for Macro on my K3.

I never used it on my K5 that is why I am asking about the K3. Do you just plug it into the HDMI plug on the K3? Any entries required in the K3 menu? Sorry for being so uneducated in its setup/use. I received as a gift a number of years ago and it had no instructions.

Actually I found a post I made a number of years ago concerning this topic so Adam, I would ask you to delete this thread. My apologies.

Only thing to bear in mind is that K3 uses a different size HDMI out I think

If you've lost the HDMI cable that came in the box, just buy another ... no biggie!

I am assuming the HDMI plug on the K3 is the same as the one on the K5.

No, that's a wrong assumption, as per my post above. K5 uses mini HDMI, k3 uses micro.

Thanks Nass, I will have to see if I can buy a micro plug with the right end for the Lilliput.

Here in N. America, the K-3 does not come bundled with cables.

Nope! Cable quality can be an issue (took me several tries to get a good one from my usual online supplier), though there is no need to pay big bucks for cables.
