I have a K-3ii and would like to, for the first time, submit a photo for the October contest. The rules state that the photo cannot exceed 800x533 for vertical shots. My photo dimensions are 6016x4000 (RAW). How do I maintain the whole image and get it to those dimensions? I develop in Lightroom. The rules also state a max of 1400x1200 pixels so I would also need to adjust for that. Would it be best to do all the dimension adjustments within Lightroom or do it at export when I convert it to jpeg?

Just resize your photo. Export your RAW as a jpeg and resize as needed.


I don't use Lightroom so I can not tell you how to do it or if it can be done in Lightroom. Somebody with more lightroom experience will come in and let you know for sure how to do that.
