K3II pixel shift in lightroom

I have a K3II and Lightroom 4 If I want to process Pixel shift will Lightroom 6 support this. I don't want to go down the road of Ligtroom CC at the moment. Can anyone advise?

There's almost no differences between LR6 and CC. AFAIK everything you can do regarding photo-processing in one you can do with the other.
Compare Lightroom CC vs. versions 5 & 6 | Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC history

With that said I thought I remembered some mention of pixel-shift being handled in Photoshop rather than LR but could absolutely be wrong about that.

Here's the Adobe blog mention that states k3II pixel-shift support was added to both the standalone LR6 and the subscription CC some time back

...But it still seems like I remember someone mentioning PS.

Hi, It has been discussed before, and I believe the current advise is to put the raw file through DCU5 (latest version), do PS and MC there and then export as a 16bit TIFF for use in LR. No need to update then.

Edit: Most people do not do much PS shooting anyway, so it is not too onerous.

Lr doesn't do any motion correction. PDCU does, if you can take the results. I use just Lr and I've found I really need to crank up sharpening to get the benefit of PS. YMMV.
