I don't think it's a fault with the camera. It happens to me if I forget to put the card back in after downloading the pictures. I look at it as a way to say 'Idiot, you forgot the card!' I just put the other card in the slot I want. It's much better than not having a card at all!

I finally took the battery out and left it for a week, then did a reset in the menu and finally the reset actually worked and the K3 will read to the card once again. No idea what was actually wrong with the K3, but at least now it writes to the card once again and the "no card in camera" notice is gone.
