Now for my next problem...can't find exposure bracketing

Exposure bracketing won't come up as described on pg 49 of the K3 user manual. It worked for me a couple of weeks ago, but now the menu does't show. When I press the up arrow as directed, the single frame shooting screen appears instead.
I used "reset" thinking I must have set something by accident but it didn't help.
What am I not doing correctly?

Haven't verified, but make sure you're not in Auto ("green") mode on the mode dial - several features are unavailable in Auto mode IIRC.
