My K10D came with an abundance of cables. I don't remember when Pentax quit.

Steve
I think around the time the K-3 was released. As I recall from earlier discussion the EU or some of the Eu countries enacted a regulation to try to cut down e-Waste by prohibiting inclusion of (potentially) redundant cables. Rather than bothering with different packages for different markets Ricoh (like many others) just stopped including the cables for all markets. Looking back at the pile of USB, power and FAX phone cables from all the USB multi-function printers I've had to replace over the years it kind of makes sense.

That's a standard USB 3.0 micro B connector.

This thing look so strange

I never assume, the double port can be used with doubled head cable
Just ordered a similar one for 3.99 USD on the bay. Nice find.

My portable USB hard drives use this cable and I have borrowed it occasionally to use on my K-3.

My card reader suddenly bit the dust. I can't seem to find the cord to transfer photos from my K3 directly to the computer. Did this come with the K3? What cord would I look for, to buy?
For what it's worth, I do know that I had to buy an HDMI cable for my K3.
