Also, the ultimate in compact but versatile is a K-3 with the DA 40mm XS. You can usually pick up a used lens for less than $150, and the IQ is fantastic
ya she has used the 18-135 on and off over the past ten years and so I leave it on the one K3 for her to use. she is expressing interest in macro shooting

ya I can let her use the PLM, but normally I will have it on my camera. as for macro I have the DFA 100 macro WR and believe me....shes eyeballing that one for sure, I wont have any issues getting her into using that one
