Tony Northup explains focal length, aperture and ISO equivalencies

For everybody out there, to help understand what different crop factors mean in regard of not only focal lenght, but also aperture and ISO values:

The sound of the video is a bit annoying because of the not-so-good gate/expander settings, but once you disregard that and at places a bit unclear explanation, there's some valuable information.

I like Tony Northrup. He has a pleasant voice and conveys his thoughts in a structured manner. The guy clearly has talent. I know that ladies go gaga when they see him; I suspect that he might not be as popular among men.
