Today I am a happy boy, some weeks ago there was this contest on Facebook about send us your best photo matching the topic "Postales del Joven Moss", a book about that guy's trip,

The organizer of the contest is a books editorial, and Pentax has given to them the First Prize, plus Albert Jódar a Pentax Photographer has been part of the Contest Judges a part from this editorial (La Linea del Horizonte) staff,

I just contested by sending this same picture



Thinking that would be nice to be part of that contest; what was my surprise weeks later when somebody wrote me an e-mail telling me I actually won the First Place and that I have got a prize! No less than a Pentax Optio WG-3

So today I went to Reflecta (importer and seller of Ricoh and Pentax in Spain, based in Barcelona) and spent some time chatting with them, I have had lots of fun visiting them, and they where so happy a Pentax owner (they didn't knew until I said so) won that Pentax WG-3 We chatted about trips, about photography, about Pentax cameras, the spanish version of that same forum, and they even let me try a nice Pentax 300mm lens they had in exposition, not sure tho if it was a STAR one, but by what I have found in the forum, it might be or a quite similar one to the PENTAX-DA★ 300mm F4 ED [IF] SDM, at least by how it does looks by the outside.

Anyway, I had lots of fun with them, they are very nice guys, and just wanted to share that with you ^^
It is my second photo contest victory of my life and of the year; I can't believe it! (the previous one I think it's been only another guy and me participating but that one got quite massive pictures)

That contest was open, so any brand user could participate; isn't it nice that this Pentax stayed with some Pentax family member randomly?
