Well there are many in this forum that I really really think are great.
But the one who never seems to post a bad picture has got to be Mike for landscapes:

Portrait and different stuff... don't know. I don't keep track of other photographers to be honest

Hi, thanks so much for the mention - that feels good to get a shout out or two!

I was honored to be one of the judges for round one of the current K3 contest and was completely humbled and inspired looking at many fantastic images, so beautifully captured and processed. I realize not all of those were taken with Pentax gear (per the rules), but many of them certainly were and I found myself amazed at the quality of work.

Some of the people already mentioned in here are just knockout photogs and I admire their work completely. Kerrick James is the real deal. Mr Shahan has been wowing us with those crisp spider images for years now and he keeps finding ways to improve upon his work. Bill Gekas reall does some eyecatching portrait work with a twist...or two. Guys like Dr Orloff and mattb123 always inspire me. Too many others to name here and I would be forgetting someone if i tried.

A few of my favorite shooters from PF have since flown the coop, either switching platforms or no longer active. Photogs like Jimbo, Simon, Jay Sherman, Rosemary Tagliatela, iGilligan(Gus)...I wish them all well and miss their contributions to PF.

Are deceased people OK?

I'm still inspired by my Grandfather's landscapes.

Wow, I'm floored. Thank you You're always been a tremendous supporter of my posts since the first ones, and I continue to value that very, very much.

For me, I would agree with MikeSF being one of the best landscapers here. Mike, if I ever make it out to San Fran, I would be honored to shoot with you. Or at the very least just buy you a beer.

Also, @dane.dawg consistently produces the best wildlife (namely birds) shots that I've seen from pretty much anywhere. And agreed regarding Bill Gekas - his portraits always look like beautiful paintings, usually in the Rembrant style.

Folks, naturally, I forget to mention Alex J who not only takes beautiful photos, but is a solid Pentax ambassador/advocate. Thanks Alex!
