AZ Monsoon Tiimelapse

Just had to share this... a local photog (who shoots one of the "other brands") just put out his annual Arizona Monsoon season timelapse. Yeah, I know, every time you turn around it's another T-lapse, but this is absolutely spectacular. And he's an amazing guy too. (He did my daughter's engagement photos). It's hard to fathom all the time and effort that goes into making this sort of thing.. and in his case, the hours spent cleaning his camera from all the dust!

Anyhoo.. it's worth the time.. the second half is better than the first.

Enjoy:

Did you tell your friend if he was shooting with Pentax WR gear, he wouldn't have to cut his footage when the rain got close to him?

I have to say one of the things I miss about living in Arizona is the desert thunderstorms during monsoon season. Truly spectacular.

Great series. Makes me wish I was back in Tucson again with all that desert to explore.

Thanks for posting here, an interesting watch, I dread to think how much time was involved to do that.
