Would you let a bear use your camera....

He knows this spot where you can get really cool pictures of people fishing...

I hope he didn't trip the shutter. He would own the photograph.

Marktax, you beat me to it. I was just imagining that the photographer was using a remote to trigger the shutter. When he saw the bear approaching he hightailed it to a safe distance, but dropped the remote on the ground. The bear steps on the remote which snaps the shutter. Oh, oh, here we go again - who owns the copyright?

OMG.

You do not want to be this close to a grizzly bear. Ever.

They don't fear people and they can outrun a sprinter.

Good thing the picture taker was in his car. Or at least he should have been.

Great photo, but it hurts to think about what happened just a few moments later.

"They say intelligent species are curious and the big bear was no exception. He approached the camera cautiously, sniffing deeply, then stood up for a closer inspection. For the longest time, he studied the screen and buttons then, with a huge long-nailed paw, gently tugged on the strap. The weight of the long lens caused the camera to pivot quickly upward, startling the big fellow at which point he kind of shrugged, and went back fishing."
