one camera and one lens from every manufacture can name

Just for fun, name one camera and lens from each manufacture you consider to be the best combo for you from that brand. example:

Pentax - K3 - FA 77mm f1.8
Nikon - D810 - 135mm f2.0 DC
Canon - 5DMK3 - 24mm 3.5L TS-E
Olympus - OMD EM1 - 45mm f1.8
Panasonic - GH4 - Panasonic/Leica 25mm f1.4
Leica - Monochrome - Noctilux 50mm f0.95
Sony - A7r - Sonnar T FE 55
Fujifilm - XT1 - 55mm f1.4
Sigma - SD1 Merrill - Art 50mm f1.4

Wow... I don't know any other brands!

If I am using my own equipment, I would go with Pentax K30 and 50mm f/1.7 for best quality

Otherwise, I might choose Pentax K3 and DA* 60-250. Neither of which I own. =)

At present:
K-5, Tamron 17-50 f2.8
Past:
60D, EF-S 60 f2.8 macro.

What suits me best changes from day to day, maybe K-5 and DA 35 f2.4 tomorrow. Last Saturday it was K-5 and Vivitar 135 f2.8

I think for Samsung NX1 with the 16-50 kit lens is a good contender. Their most advanced camera and a possible game changer that excels at stills and videos, and a f2-2.8 walk around zoom lens. What's not to love?

For Sigma I still think the SD10 was great for its time. No JPEG capability, a viewfinder that shows more than the actual frame (so you can time your shot), and no mode dial either IIRC. It's very focused.

Pentax K3 + FA 31 f/1.8
Nikon D810 + 35 f/1.4
Canon 7D Mk II + 70-200 f/2.8 L
Leica M 240 + Summilux ASPH. 35 f/1.4

Don't know enough about the rest of the bunch.

Pentax K-5iis + DA* 300 f4
Canon 5Dmk3 + 800 f5.6 L
Nikon D810 + 24 TSE f3.5
Olympus EM5 + 9-18 f4-5.6
Panasonic GH4 + 42.5 f1.2
Sony A7 + 24-70 f4
Sigma SD1 Merrill + 8-16 f4-5.6

I have absolutely zero interest in shooting any combo from Samsung or any of the Sony SLT stuff; and while I have a lot of respect for Fuji, their system simply doesn't fit my shooting style.

You have chosen all prime lenses, no zoom ?

Mh. Now that Sony SLT's are mentioned... I think they are a blast to use, at least those I have tried. Compact, good ergonomics, lightweight, well made, ... easily beats Canikon.
