Adorama's New Leaf protection - anyone?

Has anyone purchased and used Adorama's New Leaf protection plan? How does it compare to the extended warranty?

I have experience with squaretrade(top notch) and sagemax (got it done but took longer). Would be interested in experience in leaf as well
