I get called pixel freak, clickmaster, and shutterbug a lot by my friends. As in "Yo! Pixel Freak put the da- camera down and come eat!" or "Yes, Clickmaster, we'll just let you do it because nobody around here knows how to use a camera besides you!" Or "You, Shutterbug, wanna make yourself useful? I need a passport photo!" My friends, what few of them I possess offline, they're a pretty sarcastic bunch. They like to take me down a notch when I get too full of myself and too into "professional photographer" mode and forget they're there. To be honest I sometimes deserve it. I more often than not will take all the pics when I get together with them just because I always think I can do it better and prefer being on the taking end of things. I'm a bit insufferable that way I suppose. Oh and lately, because of the crystalized cameras. "Oh, Miss Bling Thing, come and bring your sparkly things. We need some new pics for Ebay, Facebook, etc, etc...-" I get ragged for those cameras a lot but they love them, grin. They think I'm crazy, but they totally love them.

I think Clickmaster has some cachet. Clickmeister would be even better. What a good user name that would be!

nicknames come from the outside world. They call those camera wielders photogs. And every wishful thinking to change it is just that: wishful thinking.
