I hate to say it but that's kinda cool. Although I just saw on pop photo's twitter feed that they weren't going to review that! LOL.

My two selfie sticks support my Q7 and one of them will even support my K5, although that's a bit much.

I had no idea there was such a thing as a selfie-stick, let alone that it might be an item of derision or even
parody. Odd, as I live in a city teeming with techies and hipsters.

They're starting to get banned at a lot of museums, attractions and sports events, citing safety (of people & artifacts) and nuisance factor.

I just ordered one. I'm not lonely, I have girlfriends galore, but I am damn tired of handing out peanuts to the squirrels and having them bite my fingers.

They seem to enjoy that more than the peanuts.

I am imagining when one of these lone selfie stick people goes home they are also sleeping with the headless one armed stuffed torso, with the other one armed selfie stick, maybe a cosmetology mannequin practice head, and they might have one of those stuffed pants leg things with an attached tennis shoe hanging out of their trunk (like was popular for new teen drivers to do in the 80's).

Looking at the picture in the original post again, I have to wonder if this thing doesn't have some kind of ulterior purpose. Maybe "selfie" here is a double-entendre.
