lol now that might explain it!

But seriously, this is why I am so timid when I go into crowded places with my camera. Sometimes I get these almost shocked looks from people who assume I want to take a photo of them, just because i have a camera (not even necessarily pointed at a subject). And I really just want to loudly say "move out of my frame, ugly"
I realize its especially iffy if there are minors involved, but there is far too much fear in our society. Almost like there is a murderous predator hiding in every bush - and their weapon of choice is a camera.
I also think the irony is that so many give away images of themselves on Facebook Instagram etc.

Maybe the photog was nude
That could be quite possible, or doing something while taking photos. Because that bail is incredibly high for 'annoying' someone.

Well, you do look like a 'big bad dragon'.

i too agree that nothing can be concluded from the shred of story presented here. There must be more to it or else it is an extremely weak case & the photog should counter with a civil suit for "annoying a photographer".

Another blurb about this situation states the man was "following and taking pictures" of the 15 y.o. girl.
