Why would you need a WR camera if the weather is good?

(Serious question, not trying to be a smart ass).

Is it because of dew? Or just a contingency in case it rains?

Good question. Yes - dew, sprinklers, birds, etc.

Our housed are very close and if my neighbor misdirects a sprinkler....
