I wouldn't bother with the buzzwords like rare, hard-to-find, or collectible - the people who are serious about an F 50/2.8 Macro will know. If you want to attract the less-informed, based on the reviews for that lens, I'd say something about its reputation for being extremely sharp, or that it was only made from 1988-90.
So far as condition goes, just provide good pictures and give an honest description of the condition, noting any dings or dust, how focusing feels, how clean the aperture blades are, etc. That will mean more to serious buyers than "minty".
