besides myself, of course. I had to hug her because it was so nice to see I wasn't the only one!
Unfortunately, she was supposed to be photographing my uncle's wedding (Photog was his wife's sister-in-law, not a pro or anything)... and her K-7 had apparently fallen off a table or something earlier that day. (or more precisely, her husband's K-7... he's the normal photographer, but he was in the wedding party and couldn't be behind the camera).
It looked OK, the screen was working and everything, but she couldn't get the shutter to release... and we figured this out just before the bride stepped into view. So I got drafted into photographing yet another wedding despite my "I don't do weddings" policy. lol.
All I had was my K3 with the 50-135, and a pouch with the 31 ltd and 15 ltd (using the op/tech double lens cap). No flash except the in-camera one. Thankfully, even though it was an outdoor wedding, on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan, in late afternoon, the sky was so overcast that everything was lit really well and I didn't really *need* a fill flash.
Anyway -- yay, I met a wild Pentaxian. Felt I needed to share that
