Pentax Extended warranty address changed???

Just got my camera back today. Was planning on filling out a status request form this evening since I hadn't heard anything since I resent them the paperwork.

I am very glad to say that it is working great.

They replaced the Diaphragm Control Box, did a full cleaning and calibration, and reloaded the newest firmware.
