I'm two parts in to a rather good "pilot" series on Netflix UK... not sure if it's available on Netflix elsewhere... but worth watching if you like this sort of thing... A three part 2015 mini-series called "Residue" - set in a fictional UK city of the very near future (or now, even), where an explosion takes place and people start acting strangely. One of the central characters is an artistic photographer, which is why I post about it here

Anyway, it's pretty good - some really great cinematography, lovely gritty night-time city scenes (shot on location in London, Leeds and Hong Kong), and of course there's a (rather flawed) photography element to it. It's kept me entertained this evening and I'm just about to watch the last episode. The script and acting are... well... variable, but mostly OK. I hope they get funding to make some more episodes
