Hi everyone!
I wanted to share a project that we have been running the last several months on the fish forum I own. Being a die-hard pentaxian, I have acquired much camera gear over the years and I am a packrat. I hate not seeing it used so I came up with a project for some. Basically put together a starter package of an ist Ds and lens and sent out to a forum member. They take pictures with it,post them and ship it out to the next on the list. The pics are of their fish and any none fish subjects. They get to use it for free and only pay insured priority shipping to them. Its been fun so far, for some its their first Dslr....others its their first pentax.Its been going all over the USA so far,but soon will be heading to Japan.

Its pretty cool to see how well this older pentax digital camera has been doing...

My forum has a small general photography section and a few pentaxians there...but even those using Nikons,sony etc are having fun.

I can only imagine what could be accomplished with a skilled group of users like this forum has, but it would be pretty cool. Anyway... check it out and let me know what you think.

Cool! A bit more to ship around than with the travelling nifty fifty, but I like the idea of sharing this way
