Meteor shower reminder.

The Delta Aquarids Meteor Shower peaks on Thursday night. Friday and Saturday might still be worth a trip out to the boonies. Good luck!

Your worried about hemispheres... I'm more worried about "a trip out to the boonies".

I perhaps should've phrased it better... I'm more worried what boonies are?

And will they eat me, if they escape?

yes, and they do have teeth and claws, mainly cuddly if you go to a Koala park, where there are Koala attendants.

Its actually better in the southern hemisphere because you have longer dark nights then us in the northern. I live too far north to have any chance of seeing it. Here at 69°41'N its so bright nights I can't see any stars, and don't expect to do so until september. Yesterday was the last night of midnight sun this summer. Tonight the sun will barely dip under the horizon before its sunrise again. Time and Date - Sun - Tromsų

Good for southerners. Good elevation. No moon. Just find a reasonably dark place, say a National Park on the coast.

The Delta Aquarids actually favor the Southern hemisphere. (But we get the Perseids in a few weeks.)

Are sheep really that dangerous?
