Low light? Whenever the use flash indicator lights up and stays lit no matter how you change the shutter speed, f-stop with ISO 1600 or less.

Low-light would seem subjective. For me, I know I'm in a low-light situation when the auto-focus struggles because it's too dark.

Other parameters seem like they could be all about the settings and personal preferences.
