Function of ISO sensitivity and number of bits?

Can the possible amount of RAW colors be described as a function of ISO sensitivity and the number of sensor bits?

Looking for a general graph from wich a lead value can be read, - if the relation exists.

After going to the DxoMark page above, click on the Color Sensitivity tab at the top of the chart.
