Just wanted to get thoughts from anybody who might have had experience buying open box from B&H. It says full manufacturer's warranty, but in box contents it says 90 day warranty. I'd like to contact them, but they're closed for the holiday. I'm afraid the item may disappear by Monday if I don't act now.
Anybody with suggestions?

I ordered open-box speakers form them last year and they were like new, even the protective plastic covering was affixed.

You could buy now, and return if you're dissatisfied. I've returned items to B&H Used without issues before, but their items are always in very good condition.

I've only bought one open-box item from them...and that was many years ago. However, the item was like new, with all the warranty cards and original packaging, and was a fraction of the cost of the new item.

I don't think he is asking about the condition of the product, he is wanting to know the length of the warranty since he stated he saw 90 days on one page and 1 year on another.

Generally their used items (non-open box) have a 90 day warranty. Whether that extends to a full year for OB I cannot officially confirm.

You may want to wait until Monday and contact them just to be sure. I doubt if you would want to spend Sunday not knowing what type deal it really is without a confirmation.

I was thinking it was best to wait till Monday. The combo was snatched up anyway.
