BHPhoto or Adorama?

If price is the same at both retailers, is there anything that sets one apart from the other? Any thoughts?
Thanks

I am a fan of both. Good service and exchange policies. For Brick and Morter stores in NYC both are excellent. If you pressed me I'd say Adorama since they seem to ship a little quicker.

It depends. If you are in New York and are able to goto the store and pick up your stuff, then there is probably no difference except you can get parking for B and H. If you have your item(s) delivered to you I prefer B and H because they tend to package things better than Adorama.

Flip a coin. I have had good purchase and customer service experiences from both firms.

I'm a B&H fan, I've got most of my gear through them. I did order one used lens from Adorama and was happy with their service. I stick with B&H mainly because they have never let me down and I get free next day shipping with UPS.

Thanks for the input.
I've had good experiences with both companies, but I thought there may be something one does that the other doesn't that would set it apart.
I guess I'll flip a coin.

The fine print of Adorama's policy is a bit stricter, so I stick with B&H.

In my experience, shipping charges have tilted the balance towards Adorama if everything else is the same.

Thanks,

There are a few identical threads already. Most agree there is no measurable difference. I've used both, and others. B&H seems to have slightly better shipping cost/times.

I live close enough to NYC that orders placed before 4:00 EST ship that day and are delivered next day, usually free. I've ordered from both, but tend to check B&H first.

Similar here. Bought my k3 package through adaroma but typically buy new lenses through B&H. Both in NY, both normally 2 days to Pgh. B&H did once send me a bad used lense but promptly refunded me and returned it.

Both are excellent, sometime one may have a better deal than the other. You may also find some accessories at one and not the other.

Twice B&H have shipped me a D-FA 28-105mm and twice they have shipped it in a large box with a single piece of bubblewrap inside the box. Meaning the lens has rattled around inside the larger shipping box.

I'd go with Adorama if price is the same as a result.
