Ordered from Ricoh

Not sure where to post this so I'll try here to begin with?
Is there a phone number to call to check on an order?
I ordered a lens from Ricoh directly. Said it would ship in one business day. 6 days later it hasn't shipped and there has been no communication (email) providing a status. Their live chat is down and you can only send an email through a third party.
There is a phone number listed for cameras on the Ricoh USA headquarters site....has anyone been successful in finding out information on order status from this number?

You could try the (800) 877-0155 (Toll-free) number which used to be the Pentax customer service number and ask what you can do to find out about your order.

Another number listed on the internet for Pentax Ricoh Imaging Americas is (303) 728-0255.
