You have got that right. I just received an UGLY Pentax-A 645 120mm f 4.0 macro lens from Keh for only $126 including freight. The lens on arrival would better be described Excellent+ except for missing front and back caps. What a bargain! The FA auto-focus version goes for $700-800.

I won't buy used from B&H or Adorama anymore as I think they over-rate the condition of their lenses.
I used to buy from KEH, however, I've read numerous reports where these days they sometimes over-rate their lenses too.
If you know what you're doing on ebay, you can usually find a great seller who under rates their lenses. From 100% ebay sellers with years of experience who principley sell photo equipment I usually get better products than advertized. Don't buy from a non-photo person as they don't have a clue on what to look for when inspecting equipment
I buy from Roberts too, and generally like the company. However, they sell some stuff that ought to have been put in the trash bin, so if they describe it as rough, unlike Keh it is going to be real rough--maybe not always but that has been my experience.

Still underrating. The UGLY 645 120/4.0 macro I got for them would pass for EX* anywhere else . . . for $126!
