NASA released the Hubble Messier catalog on Flickr and wow, amazing

NASA put pictures of most of the Messier catalog as shot by Hubble on Flickr. Sure, it isn't Pentax, but I figure there are others like me who would enjoy it.

i wonder what makes them spin. On earth hurricanes spin from the rotation of the planet and sheer from winds. With no wind in space, i would think galaxies would look more like Saturn

Hubble has been a stunning success. Sad that all repair/update missions to it have stopped. I know a better one is on the way but Hubble has been a real treasure. One of the better things we have done. "Well done, good and faithful servant."
