I had a few M42 lens and using them happily on my K1 with the M42 to PK adapter, now I saw on ebay a lens as :

'Soligor 180mm f3.5 manual focus T mount lens w/M42 screw mt'.

Looks this lens is original with T-mount and now have a M42 adapter on it.

My question is : if I put this lens on my K1 with my M42 to PK adapter, will it have issue like the M39 lens (inifinity focus issue) ? Thanks

T-mount adapters should have the correct flange distance for whatever mount they are made for. You could always replace the T-mount to M42 with a T-mount to K-mount adapter.

I recommend you not buy the cheapest adapter you can find and spend more on one usually made in Japan. The quality on low cost adapters is terrible. You may have to remove some of the finish over the contacts for green button and catch-in-focus to work.

I have this brand adapter. The quality is excellent.

The fotodiox t - pk adapter is excellent. I use it on the Soligor 135/1.8.

I have the Hanimex preset f3.5 180mm with an m42 T-mount adapter on it (might be made by the same people who made your lens for Soligor), and it works fine on my K10D.
