If it's the Powebook 165 then 1993 or '94. Grayscale version of the 165c. 33 MHz 68030 w/4MB RAM expandable to 14 MB. You could of course use Virtual Memory or Crash Doubler RAM Doubler...

At least you can still get a NI-MH battery for it, the original Powerbook 100 used lead acid....

The mention of RAM doubler reminded me of this:
