Now this is a good one. Well, it's a Pentax MG but the seller apparently doesn't know what the name is so they just list all the letters and numbers found anywhere on the camera, it's a bit dirty but that's not the worst part of it... The mounts been mangled! But the seller obviously doesn't know what the difference is between a good mount and a completely unusable one so they think it's "in good used shape" :

Why in the name of all that is holy would someone do that to that camera?

No notable damage.

Just the mount has been nibbled away by the voracious brass bugs.

Where did the "1000" come from? Are they trying to pass it off as a K1000?

Viviparous?
A flash that reproduces by giving birth to live offspring? "Viviparous: Producing live offspring from within the body of the parent; zoogonous" (from A Dictionary of Ecology, Evolution and Systematics, Cambridge Univ. Press) (Damn you auto-correct!)

You could use it as breeding stock, sell the offspring and turn a profit in no time! However, it doesn't mention whether the flash is female or male.

Photo from a current eBay listing for an ME Super. Someone is truly clueless about ergonomics.
It's set up for taking selfies.

I think it's from the manual shutter speed dial. The seller lists 1000 x100 B in the name.

How the flocculating elephants did the mount get in that state ? What did they mount on it, a pneumatic drill ?

Truth in advertising, what is that?

Maybe it has been modified to use Nikon F mount lenses?

£120 for a lens case. Almost as expensive as a K1000!

CL-74 Hard Lens Case + Original Nikkor lens box 28-70mm | eBay

I'm looking for a lens case and it is amazing how many Ebay sellers don't trouble to give the measurements. Instead they might say it was for some long forgotten lens (like "For a Vivitar 28-70mm"), the chances of which someone having and wanting a case are pretty small compared with people like me who are looking for a case of a certain size and not concerned about the brand matching the lens. Or if they do give the size, it is the external size, not the internal

I don't think he's going to get his starting bid. I wonder what happened to that poor camera.

The CLA for the camera I say will be at least twice the price than the starting bid price & shipping that he's asking

Cosmetic wear ? Needs some - like blusher and foundation ! I notice the seller wearing gloves while handling it - wise precaution. And didn't this model come with a shutter release at one point ?
