The only collection I would add these to woukd be the trash collection. Check the rust and obvious signs of rot in everything.

I don't go to Facebook Marketplace much. Having just spent a few minutes there, I now feel very low. The classified websites are bad but Facebook sellers are next level cuckoo!

I think she found them in the skip in which she slept ! She could at least have given them some TLC - in a dishwasher, perhaps ? I feel sorry (a little bit) for people who have no knowledge of what they are buying, and take listings like this at face value.

I have an AE1 (Program?) with the auto film advance attachment and two lens that I've been meaning to take to the local camera store for a check-up. If it can be restored, and I think it only needs a battery, I'll be selling mine. Had no idea they had that much value.

EDIT: On looking at eBay prices they're all over the place from way under a $100 to closer to $300. Better be a cheap battery! LOL.

If you really must pick a broken feeble (GN 18 metres) vintage flash unit from among the hundreds of similar non-broken ones on Ebay, you can't really complain about the price of this because the "free" postage will cost the guy £3.10 (small parcel rate) leaving him only 90 pence for the brown paper, Sellotape, and his trouble.

But the joke is in the script :

Good cosmetic condition.
Tested with batteries and nothing happened.
Mounts onto almost any SLR Camera.
From a non-smoking home.

Doesn't work, but what matters is that It looks OK, fits on a camera, and the owner didn't smoke!
