Struggling to find a set with a P000 JIS driver. P0 and P00 very common.
IFIXIT has a 4-piece set of Moody JIS sizes 000, 00, 0, and 1 for $19 USD + shipping. Moody tools are top rated and carry a lifetime warranty.

JIS Driver Set - iFixit | Moody 58-0405

I own a set and my only complaint/concern is the the blade length. They are almost too long (overall length = 6.2") for fine work. Amazon has a similar set with shorter (overall length 4.5") blades for $29.60 with free shipping.

Moody Tools - JIS Type S Driver Set, Pollicis 4Pc - 58-0319 - Phillips Head Screwdrivers - amazon.com?tag=pentaxforums-20&

The length of tools is an interesting point...

I have the Vessel set, and the shafts are quite long on those. Coupled with narrow grips (even with the coloured silicone sleeves), when used with tightly fitted screws, the shafts on the smaller size drivers twist, which can result in damage to the screw or the driver popping out of the screw. One of the things I like about the iFixit driver bits is the relatively short section of metal that's the same diameter as the bit head. I find I get better leverage on tight screws as a result.

I'll have to take a look at those Moody drivers, though. I'm always on the lookout for good tools

Guys just a heads up on sizing. I ordered a set with 00 and 0 JIS sizes and they are too big for the Pentax-M 50mm f1.7 I want to dismantle. Looks like I need 000 and 0000.

I've haven't needed anything smaller than a #00 for Pentax-A lenses or any bodies yet. I've never seen a #0000 JIS driver for sale.

Hmm. I'll have another look. Bit on the from of the 50/1.7 there are two small screw sizes and the 00 is too big.

I've used the #000 a few times, but mostly the #00 is small enough. I don't own a #0000 and have never needed one...

I recommend Fargo/Micro-Tools. Their tools are all top-notch - no junk.
