KODAK RETINA 1a

I couldn't let this one go on eBay. Seller claims it functions as it should, everything has been tested. he sold it for 12.00 plus 8.00 shipping. These usually sell in the 45.00 or higher range, so I snagged it. She looks well used but that simply adds to the history of the unit. I will post much better pictures when the camera arrives. This photo is from the seller and it looks to be the most worn area on the camera.

This will be the second Kodak added to my collection. I'm still in the market for a Retina III of some type.

I have a Retina lla that my father bought for my high school graduation in 1958. I could carry it in my pocket.

My Retina arrived. The camera is in much better condition than I anticipated. The eBayer's photos didn't do this unit justice. The only complaint I have is the previous owner took a black sharpie and tried to cover up areas of paint loss. I took some rubbing alcohol I started to remove what I could. Here are a few quick shots I just took.

Here you can see the sharpie cover-up work.
