That was well said and good advice. Happens that I drove through there just a few days ago. One question - were you using "multi-auto" white balance?

I use Auto White Balance most of the time, especially in these “grab and go” situations where I am out running errands or in a group and don’t have time for fiddling with more than proper focus . I my default walk-around i Av for the same reasons.

Interesting comparison/opinion in the video above. That guy has a really unusual accent, to my ear, I always like to puzzle out where someone is from when I hear them speak.

This guy's accent is less interesting, but I like hearing what he has to say on many subjects within photography.
